Job summary

XL Pro National in Las Vegas is hiring a Manufacturing Operator to support battery assembly and production. This full-time role runs 6:30am-3:30pm with a pay of $16.50 per hour. You will operate production equipment, assemble components, and monitor automated machinery to keep production flowing efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• Assemble battery components, including loading cells, aligning connectors, soldering, hand crimping, ultrasonic welding, and resistance spot welding.
• Operate hand and power tools, including glue guns and hot air guns.
• Read and follow work instructions, workmanship criteria, and technical drawings.
• Monitor automation machines to ensure proper operation and production flow.
• Identify, report, and assist with resolving issues involving rejected parts.
• Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training.
• Cross-train in different departments and production areas as needed.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs.
