Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing production processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability to change, and ability to rotate through tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs continually.
• Basic computer skills and office software proficiency.
• Technical and mechanical aptitude with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Assembles battery components including loading cells, soldering, hand crimping, ultrasonic welding, and resistance spot welding.
• Operates hand and power tools, including glue guns and hot air guns.
• Interprets work instructions, workmanship criteria, and technical drawings.
• Participates in continuous improvement training and cross-training across departments.
• Performs other tasks as assigned to support production needs.
• Monitors and ensures proper operation of automation machines.
• Reports and resolves issues related to rejected parts to maintain production flow.
