Job summary

Lithion Battery Inc. is seeking a Production Operator I in Henderson, NV to assemble battery components, load cells, align connectors, and perform welding or soldering. You will monitor automation equipment, resolve rejected-part issues, and contribute to cross-training across departments.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods in a fast-paced setting. The position supports continuous improvement efforts and may involve overtime as needed to maintain production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing production processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to adapt to change, and rotate through tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs continually.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software.
• Technical and mechanical aptitude with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble battery components including loading cells, soldering, hand crimping, ultrasonic welding, and resistance spot welding.
• Operate hand and power tools, including glue guns and hot air guns.
• Interpret work instructions, workmanship criteria, and technical drawings.
• Participate in continuous improvement training and cross-training across departments.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support production needs.
• Monitor and ensure proper operation of automation machines.
• Report and resolve issues related to rejected parts to maintain production flow.
