Job summary

HLBMA LLC is seeking a Production Operator I to execute assigned processes and equipment in a climate-controlled facility, supporting production targets and quality goals. You will work with operators to assemble, process, and package lithium-ion battery components while following work instructions.

The role requires physical stamina, basic computer literacy, and the ability to operate under strict safety and 5S standards in a clean room environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Vocational Certificate or Associate degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 8-12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment per OP Manual and work instructions.
• Prepare equipment and materials for production and monitor quality.
• Lead machine change-overs and verify proper function and product quality.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and quality checks.
• Adhere to clean room rules and PPE standards and support 5S practices.
