Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a Batter/Breader Operator for the 1st shift (7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) in Fort Smith, AR. The role involves setting up and tearing down lines, sorting and boxing finished products, and labeling according to customer specs.

Heavy lifting up to 25-40 pounds is required; safety standards must be followed. Benefits include 401K, medical, dental, vision, and paid holidays. Attendance incentives and pay increases at 30 and 90 days are offered, along with a shadowing and mentorship

Qualifications

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required.
• Sort and grade product.
• Make boxes; bag finished product; pack into boxes.
• Label boxes according to customer specifications.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work area.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production of quality food products.
• Stand for long periods; walk; reach with hands/arms.
• Regularly lift/move 25-40 pounds.
• Follow safety/sanitation procedures; operate in a safety sensitive role.
