Bachoco Group in Fort Smith, AR is hiring a Bagger Operator for the 2nd shift in the Further Process Plant. You will set up and tear down workstations, sort and bag product, and help ensure correct packaging, labeling, and weights for customer specs.
This is a safety-sensitive role with a 4:00 pm - EOS shift, $16.75 per hour, and benefits including 401K, medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 6 paid holidays and attendance incentive.

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required; sort and grade product; make boxes; bag finished product; pack bagged product into boxes; tape boxes; scale boxed product to required weight; label boxes as applicable to customer specifications; and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner. Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 POUNDS . While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
