Job summary

Bachoco OK Foods is hiring a Production Worker for the 2nd shift at the Fort Smith, AR facility. The role runs from 4:50 p.m. to EOS with a starting pay rate of $16.25 per hour and eligibility for shift premiums and attendance incentives.

Responsibilities include setting up and tearing down lines, moving pallets, labeling and matching cases to specs, and maintaining a clean, safety-conscious work area in a loud production environment. Benefits and holidays are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 pounds.
• Safety-sensitive position; adheres to PPE and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required
• Bring pallets to line
• Verify pallet is in good condition and meets company requirements
• Apply pallet sheet as applicable
• Stack cases of product on pallet to meet specifications
• Wrap Full Pallets
• Move product with hand or power jack as needed
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work area
