Job summary

Monarch Kitchens is seeking a skilled remodel installer to deliver demolition and kitchen installation with a focus on quality and customer service. Join a team that partners with homeowners to transform spaces and ensure a seamless experience from initial discussion to finished results.

You'll need 1+ year remodeling experience, a reliable work vehicle, a valid driver's license with clean MVR, and the ability to pass background and drug checks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year remodeling experience.
• Must have reliable access to a pickup truck or similar work vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to pass 50-state background check.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Able to travel up to 25% (paid hotels + per diem provided).
• Salary + performance bonus (no piece rate).
• Company-provided 6x10 trailer.
• Company iPad.
• Paid hotels (you choose) + competitive per diem.
