Re-Bath, LLC is seeking an Installation Specialist to lead bathroom remodeling projects from contract review to completion, delivering a fabulous homeowner experience. The role requires strong cross-functional installation skills and a commitment to code-compliant craftsmanship.

You will coordinate with customers, supervisors, and inspectors, manage on-site schedules, and mentor apprentices while maintaining clear daily communication and protecting the customer's property.

Qualifications

• Residential remodeling experience across plumbing, framing, drywall and tiling.
• Excellent customer service and clear written/verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with focus on code compliance and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage project timelines.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the job site with the customer and review contracts.
• Perform full-scope bathroom remodeling installations with various materials.
• Provide high-touch customer experience and coordinate solutions with leadership.
• Collect client payments at project milestones.
• Maintain daily on-site updates and coordinate with subcontractors and inspectors.
• Lead and mentor apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure safety, protect customer property, and uphold brand standards.
