Job Description

Ensure our restrooms are clean, well‑stocked, and welcoming throughout events. The ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive, and committed to providing a high level of service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in restrooms throughout events, including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash.
• Ensure restrooms are fully stocked with essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and tissues.
• Greeting guests warmly and aiding as needed, such as handing out towels or toiletries.
• Monitor restrooms regularly to address any issues promptly, such as spills, clogs, or supply shortages.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate supervisor.
• Always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Follow all the safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support event operations.
