Southworth in Mashpee, MA, is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to ensure our members and guests enjoy a pristine, welcoming environment. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, public spaces, and recreational facilities, contributing to a luxury experience.

This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently with a courteous, guest-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and club members.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate to heavy objects.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
• A sense of pride in delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public spaces, and recreational facilities to ensure they are presentable, comfortable, and safe.
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, furniture, and fixtures.
• Ensuring the availability of clean and well-stocked linen and amenities for guest use.
• Sanitizing and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchenettes, and communal areas to prevent the spread of germs.
• Handling and disposing of waste in accordance with established procedures.
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown, including table and chair arrangement.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or repair needs to the appropriate department.
• Adhering to established club policies and procedures related to housekeeping and safety.
• Providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing member and guest requests or concerns.
