You will collaborate across licensing and private-label brands, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to trend-driven collections from concept to final sample approvals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum in product/textile/home design
• Experience with hard bath goods is a plus
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre
• Experience creating production-ready artwork and repeat patterns
• Strong knowledge of textiles and soft-goods construction
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ownership of projects
• Experience managing multiple brands and seasonal timelines

Responsibilities

• Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home products
• Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways
• Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and product construction details
• Prepare production-ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories
• Review samples, strike-offs, and lab dips and manage revisions and approvals
• Collaborate closely with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines
