CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a Product / Textile Designer to support bath and other soft home categories. This hands‑on role blends creative development with technical execution from concept to production, contributing across licensed and private‑label brands.

The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor with expertise in soft home product design, development, and manufacturing, thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum of experience in product design, textile design, home design, or a related field.
• Experience with hard bath goods is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre.
• Experience developing production‑ready artwork and repeat patterns.
• Strong knowledge of textiles and soft‑goods construction.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of taking ownership of projects.
• Comfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and seasonal timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home products.
• Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways.
• Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and product construction details.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories.
• Review samples, strike‑offs, and lab dips and manage revisions and approvals.
• Collaborate closely with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams.
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
