Job summary

RNInk in New York, NY is seeking a Product/Textile Designer to support licensed and private-label bath and soft home brands. This hands-on role covers concept through production, combining creative development with technical execution.

The ideal candidate delivers textile design expertise, strong CAD skills, and production-ready artwork while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre is essential.

Qualifications

3–5 years minimum of experience in product design, textile design, home design, or a related field.
Experience with hard bath goods is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre.
Experience developing production-ready artwork and repeat patterns.
Strong knowledge of textiles and soft-goods construction.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of projects.
Comfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and seasonal timelines.

Responsibilities

Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home products.
Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways.
Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and product construction details.
Prepare production-ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories.
Review samples, strike-offs, and lab dips and manage revisions and approvals.
Collaborate closely with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams.
Oversee multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
