Job summary

West Shore Home in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Residential Remodeler to join our on-site team. You will participate in bathroom, flooring, and related remodels, starting early and working Monday through Friday.

The role emphasizes safe installations, quality workmanship, and a positive customer experience, with opportunities for training, growth, and benefits such as healthcare and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing or related construction.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks at the warehouse by 6:30 AM.
• Travel to customer homes, greet them and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan, wall surround, and update plumbing as needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and protect the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Demonstrate hunger to learn and grow professionally.
