Job summary
West Shore Home in Virginia Beach is seeking a Bath Remodeler to join our team in delivering five-star shower installations and bath remodels. You will report to the Installation Manager and work with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations staff to bring happiness to every home.

Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn!
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication
Responsibilities
- Meet at our warehouse at 6:30AM, gather materials, and load company trucks.
- Drive to customers home, greet and establish rapport.
- Complete controlled demolition of the bathtub/shower area.
- Install new bathtub/shower pan and acrylic wall surround, update plumbing as needed.
- Show extreme attention to detail and care for customer’s home by cleaning up after installation.
- Obtain signed documents and payment from customer, and return to warehouse
