Job summary

West Shore Home in Chesapeake, VA is seeking an entry-level Bath Remodeler to join our team delivering five-star shower installations and bath remodels. Based at our Virginia Beach area location, you’ll support the installation team and help ensure smooth projects from start to finish.

You will report to the Installation Manager and work with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations staff. Keep safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction as top priorities throughout every job.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate tape-measure reading.
• Valid driver’s license is required and a smartphone is needed for company systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet at our warehouse at 6:30AM, gather materials, and load company trucks.
• Drive to customers' homes, greet clients, and establish rapport.
• Complete controlled demolition of the bathtub/shower area.
• Install new bathtub/shower pan and acrylic wall surround; update plumbing as needed.
• Show care for customer’s home by cleaning up after installation.
• Obtain necessary signed documents and payment, and return to the warehouse.
