Job summary

Bath Planet is seeking an experienced Bath Remodel Supervisor to lead our bathroom-remodel installation teams. This hands-on role balances field supervision with office coordination to ensure high installation standards, smooth project flow, and a superior customer experience.

You will review project scopes with installers, visit active sites, coach staff, and handle paperwork, materials, and pre-job reviews to keep projects on track and on budget.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of bathroom-remodeling experience.
• General knowledge of construction materials and installation practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including use of an Apple iPad, email, and Google Docs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 0–25 lbs. on an ongoing basis.
• Comfortable working both in an office environment and at active residential jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support installation teams, ensuring high standards.
• Review upcoming projects with installers for scope and materials.
• Visit active jobsites to monitor workmanship and progress.
• Coach installers and provide practical support on complex work.
• Communicate with customers regarding installations and inspections.
• Maintain morale and positive working relationships across the team.
• Assist with inspections and pre-job reviews, and with warehouse organization.
