Job summary

Bath Planet is seeking an experienced Bath Remodel Supervisor to lead bathroom-remodel installation teams. This hands-on role combines field and office duties to maintain top installation standards, coach installers, improve jobsite efficiency, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities include reviewing upcoming projects with crews, visiting active jobsites, mentoring staff, and assisting with inspections and shower-door work.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of bathroom-remodeling experience.
• General knowledge of construction materials and installation practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including use of an Apple iPad, email, and Google Docs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 0–25 lbs. on an ongoing basis.
• Comfortable working both in an office environment and at active residential jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support bathroom-remodel installation teams to maintain high standards.
• Review projects with installers to ensure scope, skills, and materials.
• Visit active jobsites to monitor workmanship, cleanliness, customer experience, and progress.
• Coach installers and provide practical support on complex work.
• Communicate with customers regarding installations, inspections, and problem resolution.
• Help maintain morale and positive working relationships across the team.
• Assist with inspections and pre-job reviews.
• Assist with shower-door installation and service calls as needed.
• Step in on projects when additional technical support is needed.
• Assist with project green-lighting and material inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
