Job summary

Bath Planet is seeking a seasoned Bath Remodel Supervisor to lead field and office teams, ensure high installation standards, coach installers, and improve jobsite efficiency while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will review projects, monitor sites, and help with inspections and planning.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of bathroom-remodeling experience.
• General knowledge of construction materials and installation practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including use of an Apple iPad, email, and Google Docs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 0-25 lbs. on an ongoing basis.
• Comfortable working both in an office environment and at active residential jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support bathroom-remodel installation teams.
• Review upcoming projects with installers to ensure scope, skills, and materials.
• Visit active jobsites to monitor workmanship, cleanliness, customer experience, and progress.
• Coach and develop installers, provide practical support on complex work, and assist with heavy lifting when needed.
• Communicate with customers regarding installations and problem resolution.
• Maintain morale, accountability, and positive working relationships across the team.
• Assist with inspections and pre-job reviews, and with project green-lighting.
