Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Manufacturing Operator on 2nd shift to set up, run, and maintain equipment for paint and coatings production. You will mix liquids, monitor batch quality, and keep the work area safe and organized.

Responsibilities include operating HSDs and pumps, prebatching, inspecting tickets, and supporting continuous production efficiency. Eligible for a shift premium and potential bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint-making systems and equipment such as high-speed dispersers and pumps safely.
• Prebatch and inspect tickets; monitor batch yields and quality.
• Maintain logs, perform minor repairs and report breakdowns promptly.
• Collaborate with teams to complete production orders on schedule.
