Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring for a manufacturing team member on 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm) in Moline, IL. The role focuses on pre-batching and blending raw materials to create colorants, while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Select, pull, measure, and stage raw materials for manufacturing.
• Follow batch slip instructions to mix and blend batches in high-speed mixers.
• Make lab adjustments and maintain raw material samples from premixes.
• Operate paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality.
• Keep equipment logs and report breakdowns promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time.
