Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution is preferred
• Experience monitoring gauges or indicators to ensure proper operation
• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing/distribution environments
• Experience with packaging equipment and material handling is a plus
• Experience mixing or blending raw materials in an industrial batch process

Responsibilities

• Operate paint-making control systems and equipment (HSDs, pumps, valves, robotics, filling machines, case packers, labelers, forklifts) safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished goods
• Monitor raw materials and finished products for quality
• Maintain logs and production records; report breakdowns promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time
• Provide technical support and training to team members
• Keep work area clean and organized daily
• Replenish inventory of parts and supplies
