Job summary

Innovation Foods in Millville, NJ is hiring a Batching Technician. The role centers on preparing ingredients, operating mixing equipment, and supporting sanitation and quality checks to ensure safe, efficient production in a food manufacturing setting.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of related experience. Shift is 6:00PM-6:00AM with a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule and a pay rate of $22.00 per hour. Reports to the Production Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in manufacturing, food processing, or related field preferred.
• Ability to follow batch recipes and SOPs precisely.
• Strong mathematical skills for ingredient calculations.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch recipes and SOPs to ensure accurate formulations.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot mixing and processing equipment.
• Track raw materials and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Perform quality checks and collect samples for testing.
• Maintain accurate production records for traceability and audits.
