Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Batcher to prepare and mix ingredients for finished syrup used in our beverages. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the production environment on 2nd shift.

You will learn batching equipment, monitor quality checks, and collaborate with the production team to ensure a steady syrup flow while supporting overall lean manufacturing initiatives and adherence to GMP and HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and understand processing equipment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn production software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times.
• Help drive improvements to quality systems and policies (HSF, SQF, GMP, HACCP).
• Collaborate with production team to maintain continuous syrup flow to lines.
• Mix and blend ingredients to create batches.
• Learn to safely operate batching equipment including setup, operation, and sanitization.
• Ensure food safety through quality checks and record keeping.
• Inventory and control ingredients and receive sugar.
• Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas.
