Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Batcher I in Tucson, AZ to prepare and mix ingredients for syrup production, upholding safety and quality standards. This full-time 3rd shift role runs from 9:30pm to 6:00am with overtime/weekend/holiday flexibility.

Responsibilities include operating batching equipment, performing quality checks, inventory control, and contributing ideas for productivity. Competitive starting pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to learn processing equipment and materials.
• Willingness to learn forklift operation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors always
• Understand and drive improvements to quality systems and policies (Quality Data System, Safe Quality Food, Good Manufacturing Practices, and HACCP)
• Collaborate with production team to maintain continuous syrup flow to lines
• Mix and blend ingredients to create batches
• Learn to operate batching equipment including setup, operation, and sanitization
• Ensure food safety through quality checks and record keeping
• Inventory and control ingredients and receive sugar
• Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas
