Job summary

Responsibilities include mixing, material handling, equipment cleaning, and documentation while ensuring a clean, compliant work environment and participation in lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret production batch sheets and formulas.
• Weigh and measure raw materials accurately.
• Operate mixers, pumps, dispersers, and related manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor and adjust mixing parameters including time, temperature, viscosity, and speed.
• Perform in-process quality checks and make minor process adjustments as directed.
• Transfer completed batches into designated storage containers.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean mixing vessels, blades, presses, and equipment between production batches.
• Follow SOPs and cGMP; ensure safety procedures and PPE are used.
• Move raw materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling methods.
• Complete production records, batch documentation, and work orders accurately.
• Report equipment issues, downtime, and quality concerns promptly.
