Responsibilities

  • Operate the Tetra Almix and batching systems in the processing area in a safe and sanitary manner following all GMP's.
  • The batching operator will also be responsible for taking samples to the lab for testing and final batch calculation.
  • Monitor and maintain process controls of heat exchangers process variables and documenting accurate recordings of process parameters while in operation.
  • Cleaning the processing equipment which includes hand cleaning parts, clean-in-place (CIP) and clean out of place (COP) operations on a daily basis.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

job purpose

Able and available to perform all processing positions in the absence of the operator who normally performs the job. This includes Separation Operator, RO Milk Operator, Membrane Operator, Batching Operator, VTIS Operator and CIP Operator.

responsibilities

Operate the Tetra Almix and batching systems in the processing area in a safe and sanitary manner following all GMP's. This includes recipe selection and target quantity for the batch. The batching operator will also be responsible for taking samples to the lab for testing and final batch calculation. Operator will be required to lift and dump 50 lb bags. Monitoring and maintaining process controls of heat exchangers process variables and documenting accurate recordings of process parameters while in operation. Cleaning the processing equipment which includes hand cleaning parts, clean-in-place (CIP) and clean out of place (COP) operations on a daily basis. Perform any other duties assigned by management.

  • Control further processing or delivery of nonconforming product in terms of Food Safety and Quality issues until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
  • In the event of absence, another employee with the same skill level will assume the duties and responsibilities as required.

Base pay range:

$27-$27 USD
