Job summary

fairlife, LLC in Chicago, IL is seeking skilled processing operators to join our dairy production team in Coopersville, MI. You will operate batching systems, monitor process controls, take lab samples, and ensure GMPs are followed. The role requires lifting up to 50 lb, strong math skills, and reliable teamwork.

We offer comprehensive benefits and a competitive base pay; base pay is $27 USD per hour. The position is non-exempt, full-time, and on-site with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Must follow all safety procedures and work safely and efficiently.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic processing issues and seek guidance when needed.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English for clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Tetra Almix and batching systems in the processing area following GMPs.
• Take samples to the lab for testing and complete final batch calculations.
• Maintain and document process controls and equipment parameters; clean equipment and perform CIP/COP as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
