Job summary

City Brewing Company seeks a batching coordinator to support the batching department through data entry, inventory management, and supply ordering. The role involves maintaining records, assisting SOPs, and supporting audits as needed.

The position requires reliable data entry and strong communication skills, with the ability to manage inventory and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure the production schedule runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of secondary education with relevant coursework.
• Previous related experience in production-oriented data entry and inventory management a plus.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and computer skills required.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive and inventory department supplies.
• Perform recordkeeping and data entry tasks.
• Assist with SOP creation and modification.
• Assist with audit functions as needed.
• Perform administrative duties related to ingredient inventory management.
• Support staging function for completion of the production schedule.
• Communicate cross departmentally as necessary to accomplish all tasks.
