Job summary

Spray Products Corp. in Medina, Ohio is seeking a hands-on Batching Manager to lead batching and compounding operations.

You will oversee a team of batchers responsible for safely and accurately preparing formulas for aerosol and liquid products across multiple families. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in batching/compounding, strong front-line leadership, experience with hazardous materials, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

5+ years of manufacturing experience in batching, blending, or compounding.
2+ years of frontline supervision experience.
Deep knowledge of compounding processes, mixing sequences, and material handling.
Experience with hazardous materials and safe handling practices.
Ability to read and execute formulas, batch tickets, SOPs, and production documentation accurately.
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of batchers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Set daily priorities to support production schedules and customer demand.
Ensure adherence to formulas, work instructions, quality standards, and batch records.
Coordinate with scheduling, maintenance, quality, and supply chain to optimize batch timing and readiness.
Drive continuous improvement in batching accuracy, cycle time, and right-first-time performance.
Support safety programs and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
