Job summary

KDC-ONE Columbus is seeking a Compounder Supervisor to oversee a Mixing & Batching team in the Columbus facility. You will assist the Compounding Manager in planning, directing and controlling all compounding functions to manufacture bulk products per SOPs and work instructions.

You will lead, coach and develop staff, manage deviations in SAP and IPCs, coordinate schedules with other departments and ensure compliance with FDA GMPs and OSHA safety requirements in a fast paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or related technical field required or minimum 3 years experience in a compounding role in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of FDA Good Manufacturing Practices and OSHA Safety Requirements; Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the Compounding Department to ensure safety, quality, productivity and cost.
• Trains and coaches employees within the department to meet performance expectations.
• Reviews and resolves errors in SAP and the Manufacturing Instruction Packets.
• Coordinates compounding schedules with other departments.
