Job summary

Fortress Nutrition, based in New Berlin, Wisconsin, seeks a Liquid Batcher / Canning Line Operator to support batching and the canning line on a weekend schedule. This dual-role position offers a consistent 3-day work week with overtime opportunities and full-time pay.

You will review batch tickets, pre-weigh ingredients, and monitor blending, quality, and sanitation, while setting up and maintaining line equipment. Training may occur during the week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in batching, mixing, or similar roles.
• Basic math and unit conversion skills.
• Attention to detail; follow recipes exactly.
• Able to read/write/communicate in English.
• Reliable, punctual; team player.
• Able to work overtime and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Review batch tickets and gather ingredients.
• Pre-weigh, measure, and mix ingredients per tickets.
• Load ingredients into tanks and ensure proper blending.
• Perform basic quality checks and monitor pH.
• Report deviations; maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Set up and operate canning line equipment.
• Monitor production and troubleshoot equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and GMPs.
• Support overtime and other duties as assigned.
