Job summary

Mount Franklin Food is seeking a diligent operator to work in our production area. You will follow product specifications, weigh materials, and operate equipment to meet quality targets.

The role requires basic math, good communication, and the ability to work rotating shifts in a busy facility. Attention to safety and GMP compliance is essential, with duties including maintaining cleanliness, assisting with quality checks, and reporting equipment issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Follow product specifications for orders.
• Weigh and track materials and finished products.
• Set up and operate equipment, monitor temperatures, and ensure proper mix percentages.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to 5S and GMP practices.
• Communicate maintenance issues promptly to supervisor.

Security:Complies and enforces security norms.Complies will all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.Reports any work related injuries to immediate supervisor.Must present Proper employee Id upon entering premisesMust present Parking permit upon entering premisesQuality:Complies and enforces Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Complies and enforces security norms and food quality.Adequately carries out all activities related to security and quality of the finished product.Verifies product description and product item number matches work order.
