Job summary

Sika is hiring for a manufacturing operator in Gastonia, NC. You will operate a multiscreen mixing system to produce batch material, stock mezzanine materials for shifts, and coordinate with truck drivers for offloads.

You will maintain inventory, support maintenance, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure safe, timely production. Ideal candidates have manufacturing and mixing experience, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficient batch execution.

• Mixing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operates mixing system for batch production
• Loads material during batch production
• Stocks material to ensure successful shifts
• Offload trucks to silos
• Communicate schedule for batch production
• Maintain inventory from materials consumed
• Notifies maintenance concerns and supports through operating equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete daily pass downs between shifts
