Job summary

INW Phoenix Formulations is seeking a Mixing Operator to help create high-quality nutritional supplements from start to finish. You’ll be part athlete, part equipment operator, and part quality expert, loading ingredients, operating mixers, weighing materials, and packaging batches.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended shifts.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Mixing Operator, you’ll help create high‑quality nutritional supplements from start to finish.

Think of yourself as part athlete, part equipment operator, and part quality expert.

• Load ingredients into large blending equipment
• Move raw materials and finished products
• Operate mixers and production equipment
• Weigh and verify ingredients for accuracy
• Package finished batches
• Keep detailed production records
• Work closely with Quality Assurance
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow safety and GMP guidelines

Every batch you produce helps create products used by customers across the country.

Work Schedule Options

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM. Occasional overtime on Fridays.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stay on your feet for 10‑hour shifts
• Comfortable working at heights and in a hands‑on environment
