Job summary

INW Phoenix Formulations in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Encapsulation Machine Operator (1st Shift) to follow batch records and SOPs while running tablet/capsule production lines.

You will set up equipment, monitor presses and coating pans, load materials, inspect outputs, log data, and maintain safety. This on-site role offers stability, potential overtime, and a pay rate of $20.75 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment, startup and shutdowns, troubleshoot and adjust equipment.
• Monitor encapsulation machines and coating pans; report abnormal conditions.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished product.
• Measure materials and finished product to ensure conformance to standards.
• Record operational data and samples; update logs.
• Perform sanitation on equipment and work areas as specified.
• Report problems to Management or QA.
• Work regularly and on time; comply with safety protocols.
