INW: Innovations in Nutrition + Wellness is seeking a dedicated individual for their 2nd Shift position at Tempe, Arizona. The ideal candidate will engage in verifying and preparing raw materials for processing while ensuring compliance with safety and GMP standards. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, basic English reading and writing skills, and the ability to lift 40lbs frequently. The role offers competitive pay of $21.25 per hour and a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write basic English.
• Ability to lift 40lbs from ground to waist frequently.
• Basic math knowledge (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to work 10 hours a day standing up.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas and equipment to be used, verifying it is free of contaminants.
• Verify that all necessary materials are correct, present, released, and within the expiration period.
• Verify all ingredients so they match the batch record.
• Open bags, boxes and other containers.
• Use scales to measure raw materials and repackage to send to Blending.
• Weigh drums individually and all together to record then verify the weight.
• Label all containers appropriately including product name, Lot number, weight, number of doses.
• Use logbooks to document raw materials, equipment, product tracking, etc.
• Assure products leaving the department are stored in the proper areas.
• Maintain a clear understanding of the company GMPs.
• Follow all safety policies and ensure work environment is free of safety hazards.
