Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience operating and maintaining batch plant equipment.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units.
• Experience with Command Alkon highly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively on radio/phone system.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
