Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience operating batch plant equipment.
• Proficient with basic math, including units of measure.
• Experience with Command Alkon highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain batch plant equipment to ensure production of high-quality concrete products.
• Monitor the production process and make adjustments to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of production and inventory levels.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
