Description

GFT Ready Mix is a rapidly growing, family-run business founded in 1999, built on a team-oriented culture and supportive atmosphere. We are seeking an experienced Concrete Batch Plant Operator (BPO) in Queen Creek/Gold Canyon who will be responsible for operating and maintaining the batch plant equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality concrete products.

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 2 plus years of previous experience operating and maintaining batch plant equipment required.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
8. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Duties:

1. Operate and maintain the batch plant.
2. Monitor and ensure product quality and consistency.
3. Perform routine maintenance on the equipment to ensure optimal performance.
4. Troubleshoot and repair any equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
6. Maintain accurate records of production and inventory levels.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and management.
