Job summary

Dow’s Polyurethanes Systems House seeks an Associate Operator to join the Marietta, GA team. You will complete production batches safely, on time, and per specification, supporting block scheduling and cross-zone coordination on the manufacturing floor.

The role requires handling multiple shifts, strong attention to safety, and collaboration with QC, EH&S, and logistics to ensure smooth batch flow and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately complete batches per production/block schedule and standard operating discipline.
• Execute assigned work using batch ticket and detailed procedures.
• Own assigned work and see batches through to completion.
• Monitor QC progress and packaging to keep batches moving.
• Participate in safety and compliance checks and PPE usage.
