Job summary

Dow Ardmore, OK is seeking an Associate Operator to support safe, high‑quality plant operations. You’ll monitor equipment, control systems and process variables to meet performance goals, perform field checks and write Safe Work Permits.

Role requires a high school diploma, willingness to work overtime and night shifts on a rotating schedule; an associates degree in Process Technology is preferred and prior manufacturing experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Process Technology preferred; 3+ years in manufacturing helpful.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to work overtime and nights.
• US work authorization; willingness to rotate 8-hour shifts every 4 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant equipment and control systems to ensure safe, quality production.
• Follow operating discipline, perform field checks, and complete process tasks per plan.
• Troubleshoot process issues, participate in root cause investigations, and assist maintenance.
• Document procedures, write Safe Work Permits, and coach others in operations.
