Job summary

MatWorks is seeking a production operator in Georgia to operate polyurethane robotic equipment and production machinery. You will load materials, position them accurately, and monitor the process to ensure product quality and consistency on the line.

You will inspect finished mats for defects, perform basic equipment adjustments, remove completed mats for the next stage, and report any malfunctions or quality issues to supervision. Adherence to safety policies and documentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor polyurethane robotic equipment and production machinery.
• Load and position materials into equipment as required.
• Monitor the robotic process to ensure proper operation and product quality.
• Inspect finished mats for defects, proper size, shape, appearance, and overall quality.
• Make basic equipment adjustments as directed to maintain production and quality standards.
• Remove completed mats from the production line and prepare them for the next stage of production.
• Identify equipment malfunctions, product defects, or production issues and report them to the supervisor or maintenance team.
• Perform routine cleaning of the robotic equipment and surrounding work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Maintain consistent production rates while minimizing material waste and downtime.
• Work cooperatively with other production team members and supervisors.
