Job summary

Custom Building Products, LLC is seeking a Batch Operator for our Lithia Springs, GA plant. You will blend products, prepare equipment, and process raw materials to meet daily production goals with a focus on safety and quality.

This is a 1st shift position (Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with overtime as needed. We offer competitive wages and a potential raise up to $1.00/hr after 90 days based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating automated equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Batch or blending experience preferred, but training is available.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must be clean-shaven per OSHA respirator requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow formulas and production instructions precisely to ensure consistent product quality.
• Weigh, measure, and load ingredients into mixers; take samples and coordinate with Quality Control.
• Operate mixing and blending equipment for cement, grout, mastic, and cleaning products; monitor automated systems.
• Maintain accurate production records including batch logs, maintenance reports, calibration records, and shift handoff documentation.
• Assist with packaging and material handling to support production flow.
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA requirements, participating in safety training and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
