Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Batch Maker to blend raw materials, document processes, and support packaging in our Chattanooga manufacturing plant. The role involves handling hazardous materials with proper PPE and ensuring batch quality and timely production.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 5 years of manufacturing experience with mixers/blenders, forklift certification, and strong mechanical & mathematical aptitude for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5 years' experience working in manufacturing with Mixer/Blender.
• Self-starter and able to execute job tasks with limited supervision.
• Possess above-average mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
• High degree of attention to detail in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Batch chemical components per formula specifications and complete all required documentation.
• Ensure batch quality and integrity, and meet production schedules.
• Operate blending equipment across the plant floor as needed.
• Label product supply lines and blending tanks with batch/line release forms.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE including gloves when handling hazardous materials.
