Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous batch or blending experience preferred; training is available.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and complex instructions.
• Experience operating automated equipment in a manufacturing environment; forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow formulas and production instructions precisely to ensure consistent product quality.
• Weigh, measure, and load ingredients into mixers; take samples and coordinate with Quality Control.
• Operate mixing and blending equipment for cement, grout, mastic, and cleaning products; monitor automated systems as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records including batch logs and shift handoff documentation.
• Assist with packaging and material handling to support production flow.
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA requirements; participate in safety training and correct unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
