Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials, a leading supplier of building envelope solutions, seeks a Batch Maker responsible for manufacturing and packaging by blending raw materials per formulation and process instructions.

You will handle hazardous materials with PPE, operate mixing equipment, manage formula supply, document batch records, and maintain clean facilities while following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Self-starter and able to execute tasks with limited supervision.
• Possess above average mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
• High degree of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Batch chemical components per formula specifications and complete documentation.
• Ensure batch quality and integrity, and meet production schedules.
• Assist team with hazardous materials handling in drums, cylinders and bulk tanks.
• Deliver batch samples and required documentation to QA Lab.
• Measure materials with calibrated scales throughout the plant.
• Work with hazardous materials associated with urethanes and wear required PPE daily.
• Operate mixing and blending equipment across the plant floor as needed.
• Manage formula supply to assigned lines; assist in chemical staging.
