Job summary

Responsibilities

• Mixes a good quality product according to mix procedures.
• Must have knowledge of ingredients per mix formulations, checks for proper weights, lot numbers and manufacturers, records information on batch sheets.
• Encourages safe work practices, follows GMP, operates forklift, weighs ingredients for next day’s production, keeps mix room clear, unloads trucks, pulls samples for quality control.
