Job summary

Greenfield Milling in Hereford, TX is seeking a Mix Operator I to oversee batch mixing and ensure food safety and quality. The role includes weighing, blending, labeling, and transferring mixes, with attention to HACCP and GMP standards.

Work hours are 3-11 pm or 11 pm-7 am, and pay is $17.50 per hour plus company benefits. You'll collaborate with QA, inventory and production teams to maintain efficient operations, while keeping work areas clean and compliant with safety procedures and allergen

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and instructions.
• Knowledge of GMP and food safety policies.
• Forklift certification is a plus; safety training provided.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, blend, and batch mixes according to schedule and recipe.
• Maintain clean and organized Mix Production and Storage areas.
• Coordinate with QA to meet quality standards and food safety.
• Inspect and label batches, track lot numbers and allergens.
• Monitor downtime and production output; report findings.
